a little social ✨ is Livingston's community event space, available for rent for meetings, workshops, pop-ups, concerts and parties.
Rental Rates
Weekdays (Monday through Thursday)
$250 for half day (10 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm)
Available 45 days in advance
Weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
$400 for half day (10 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm)
Available 45 days in advance
One Hour Meetings (Monday through Thursday)
$50 an hour
Available 7 days in advance
"Pay what you can" is available for non-profits, small businesses, and anyone needing a break.

Booking Policies
Insurance
Any event serving alcohol must procure single day event insurance, which costs anywhere from $40 to $200 depending on the nature of your event. We'll provide you with a link to get a quote for coverage.
Alcohol
Events serving alcohol to the public are required to use a licensed bar caterer. We can connect you with our preferred vendors upon request.
Refunds
You may book a little social ✨ up to 45 days in advance and prepayment is due in full to reserve your date. Cancel over 14 days in advance and you'll receive your full payment, cancel within 14 days and you'll receive 50% of your payment.
To book a little social ✨, head over to the Google Appointments page. Choose your booking type, enter your information, and pay in full. We'll then send the link to our vendors and insurance.
